Today IceFyre went to swim team again, this time running two miles and doing a lot of difficult conditioning, including planks, before her hard swimming for dry land, (it was SUPER hard) went to her school play, which some of her friends participated in, and had an earthquake drill.

Movie Reccomendation of the Day-
Avatar: The Last Airbender, also known as Avatar: The Legend of Aang

I love these! they are my favorite ever!!!!!!!! you MUST watch them! i repeat; MUST!  and just trust me and watch it so you don't have to read the really long summarization below, that really doesn't even come half close to summarizing it, and just WATCH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Follows Aang, who is biologically 112 years old, but he was preserved an iceberg for 100 years, so he's pretty much just 12. He is the Avatar, the only one who can master all four elements. In the Avatar world, people can master, or bend, the four elements, but only one... except the avatar. There are also non-benders, who are just normal people. The Avatar is reincarnated every time they die. In Aangs time, the Fire Nation, (one of the four nations; Air Nomads, Fire Nation, Water Tribe, Earth Kingdom) Is at war with the rest of the world, as they have been for 100 years, and they are winning. Prince Zuko, the banished son of Firelord Ozai, has been cursed to hunt the Avatar and return him to his father, or he will never regain his honor, throne, or family. His father is a cruel man. Zuko spoke out in a war meeting, to protect some of his friends who were going to be sacrificed in a certain battle tactic. It was not his place to speak out. His own father challenged him to an Agni Kai (a firebending duel, usually to the death, and almost always the loser ends up with a scar.) at age 13. He refused to fight his own father and, as a punishment, his father scarred his right eye permanently, and banished him, calling him a coward not to fight, saying he could only return with the captured Avatar, an impossible task, as no one had been able to find him in a hundred years. But when Aang returns, Zuko is determined to catch him. Aang meets Katara, the last waterbender in the Southern Water tribe, and her brother Sokka, a non-bender, who is, however, skilled with his boomerang. Their mother was killed by the fire nation, and there father is at war. Sokka describes himself as a "meat and sarcasm guy", while Katara is loving and motherly. they agree to go with Aang to the North Pole, as Aang has only mastered airbending, and not water, earth, or fire. All air nomads were eliminated by the fire nation, in hopes of getting rid of the avatar, so he is, essentially, the last airbender. as he sets off for the north pole, and eventually, to defeat firelord ozai, an impossible task, he is accompanied by many allies, making up what Sokka named "team Avatar" they are: Toph, a twelve-year old blind earthbending prodigy, who is arguably the best earth bender of her time, and invented metal bending, as well as is freakin' awesome! She is on mine as well as EarthDragyn's profile picture. She is kinda punkish, very sarcastic, and loves fighting. She also comes from a very rich family, the Bei Fongs.  Suki, a Kyoshi warrior who is a non bender, but skilled with fan-weapons, and Sokka's love. She is sarcastic, kind, and funny.  Appa, Aangs flying bison/ animal guide, and MoMo, a flying lemur-bat they picked up over time. However, they also accumulate many enemies, such as Zuko, Azula, (Zuko'sister, even better at firebending than him) Admiral Jhao, (a ruthless admiral intent on capturing the Avatar,) and, in general, the entire fire nation. Not to mention Firelord Ozai, the best fire bender in the world, who even the avatar can't defeat. And then there's Ty-Lee, a friend of Azula, who, using techniques of chi-blocking, can paralyze you or take away bending, along with Mai, a kind of goth, pessimistic girl who can shoot daggers and ninjas stars out of nowhere from her sleeves and stuff... and then there's Iroh, Zuko's uncle, who loves tea and Pai Sho, and is constantly trying his patience. He belongs to a secret group called the Order of the White Lotus, and isn't really a bad guy. It is also REALLY funny! i love this ! it has lots of great sub-plots and awesomeness and... yeah. If you're still reading this, you are the most amazing trooper ever, especially since i suck at explaining it. so, basically, just trust me and watch it; you'll love it, teen, child, adult, or grandparent.
